Overview
This website is operated by Simply Pet Treats. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Products and pet safety
Our products are treats for pets and are not intended for human consumption. Treats should be given in moderation as part of a balanced diet and are not a replacement for regular meals. Always supervise your pet while it eats, and make sure fresh water is available. If your pet has allergies, dietary restrictions or a medical condition, please check the ingredients listed on each product page and speak to your vet before feeding. Stop feeding and contact your vet if your pet shows a reaction.

Product information and pricing
We do our best to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from what you see on screen. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time, and if an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud, in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount paid. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address or collection point you provided. Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

Returns and refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer laws.

Storage and expiry
Please check each product’s packaging for storage instructions and best before dates. Keep treats in a cool, dry place and reseal the packaging after opening.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Simply Pet Treats or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including liability for defective or unsafe goods.

Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
